Innominate announces new distribution agreements with Cetus in Switzerland and Altech ADS in Japan
Berlin-based provider of embedded firewalls and VPN appliances taps into new markets in Europe and overseas

Berlin, 5 April 2005 - Innominate Security Technologies AG has signed two new distribution agreements. Beginning immediately, Cetus GmbH, one of the leading value-added distributors in Switzerland (headquartered in Solothurn, Switzerland), and Altech ADS CO. Ltd., a leading Japanese trading company based in Tokyo, will market and distribute Innominate's complete range of products. Cooperation with these new partners will allow the Berlin-based security specialist to further expand its presence in Switzerland and Japan. Cetus and Altech are authorized Distribution Partners under the Innominate Partner Program, which was launched in October 2004. As such, they will sell Innominate's embedded firewalls and VPN appliances exclusively to resellers.
Cetus and Altech ADS are the first companies to represent Innominate as distributors in Switzerland and Japan. Cetus has been managing one of the Swiss IT sector's biggest dealer networks for almost 10 years and has established a solid reputation with its strong IT expertise and consulting portfolio. Cetus is an expert solutions partner, offering the entire range of products and services that dealers value - from product launch to training to a broad range of after-sales services such as hotline and technical support. Altech ADS was founded in 1976. It is one of the leading distributors in Japan and is listed on Japan's stock exchange. Altech ADS has outstanding contacts with resellers and end customers in Japan and specializes in industrial machines, IT products, and industrial devices.
