Berlin, December 3, 2002 - The Supervisory Board has appointed Olaf Siemens as Chief Operating Officer of Innominate Security Technologies AG. Innominate will profit from Mr. Siemens vast management experience in the IT industry and particularly from his experience in developing and growing new businesses. In his prior assignment, Olaf Siemens acted as Chief Operating Officer of Gauss Enterprise AG a Hamburg, Germany, based provider of Enterprise Content Management Systems. From 1990 until 1998 Mr. Siemens has had held various management positions at Germany's electronics and information technology giant Siemens AG. Among other assignments he has built and run Siemens AG's Internet and Security services business unit.
Olaf Siemens adds: "I will help to grow Innominate and to exploit it's full potential in the area of embedded security applicances. Innominate's superb team and technology has motivated me to take up this challenge."
Siemens rounds off the Executive Board of Innominate Security Technologies AG that up to now only consisted Innominate's founder and CEO Dr. Frank Piepiorra.
