Innominate set to implement growth strategy with new COO
Dirk Seewald becomes Chief Operating Officer

Berlin, 24 July 2006 - Berlin-based Innominate Security Technologies AG, which produces security appliances for use in industrial environments, has appointed Dirk Seewald (37) as Chief Operating Officer (COO) effective from 1 June 2006.
In his new role Dirk Seewald will oversee the implementation of the company’s growth strategy and optimise operative business further establishing Innominate as a leading provider of industrial security solutions. He will be responsible for the following divisions General Management, Administration, Finance, Control and Production.
"Industrial security is a strong growth area and Innominate is already an important player in this emerging market segment," says Dirk Seewald. "Quality and availability remain key decision-making criteria and with the mGuard product line the company will continue to use its technological edge to consistently expand its market leadership. I am looking forward to intensive work with a highly motivated team."
Mr. Seewald is a seasoned executive with substantial management experience in high-tech companies. He started his professional career as a project leader at Philips Car Systems. In 1996, he co-founded BNeD (now VPIsystems), where he assumed executive management positions, including COO, general manager, vice president sales and business development. Before joining Innominate, he led eServGlobal's business in the German-speaking countries.
