Management Board

Dirk Seewald joined Innominate in May 2006 as Chief Operating Officer and has been appointed as its Chief Executive Officer in June 2008.

Dirk Seewald is a seasoned executive with substantial management experience in high-tech companies. He started his professional career as a project leader at Philips Car Systems (now part of Continental). Then in 1996, he co-founded BNeD Broadband Network Design (now VPIsystems), where he assumed executive management positions, including COO, general manager, vice president sales and business development. Before joining Innominate, he led eServGlobal's business in the German-speaking countries.

Dirk Seewald studied electrical engineering at the Technical University of Ilmenau and graduated with a Dipl.-Ing. degree.

Dr. Lutz Jänicke joined Innominate in February 2002 and leads Innominate's development efforts. He brings over 20 years of experience in electrical engineering and in the design and implementation of large software projects to the Innominate team. He is a recognized expert in security technologies and has been involved in many OpenSource projects. He developed the Postfix/TLS encrypted mail transport protocol (RFC 2487), among others. He is also a member of the "OpenSSL" development team.

Before joining Innominate, Lutz Jänicke worked as a senior engineer at Brandenburgische TU Cottbus where he was in charge of an engineering team developing software for the finite element computation of electromagnetic fields.

Lutz Jänicke holds a degree in electrical engineering and a Ph.D. from TU Berlin.

Torsten Rössel joined Innominate in October 2005. As Director Business Development, he is responsible for the definition and positioning of new products and solutions and he also leads our Technical Account Management and Professional Services activities.

Torsten Rössel has been working in the field of Internet technologies for over 17 years and brings versatile experiences from business development, management, and sales in IT companies to his assignment. After starting his career at Siemens Corporate R&D and leading a profit center at SBS, he was a co-founder and member of the executive board of Interprise Network Computing GmbH. Interprise became part of Gauss Interprise AG and following their IPO developed into a German market leader for content management systems where he held the positions of Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Regional Sales Manager. Before joining Innominate, Torsten Rössel was a Key Account Manager at Open Text Group to which Gauss belongs since 2004.

Torsten Rössel studied Mathematics and Computer Science at the Technical University of Karlsruhe and graduated with a Diploma in Mathematics.

Mathias Wolf joined Innominate in May 2011 as Director Finance & Administration and oversees the corporate functions finances, accounting, controlling, purchasing, logistics and administration.

Before Innominate, he worked for several companies in the finance area, for example as Director Operations of RCB Radio Center Berlin GmbH, the service company of the Berlin radio stations 104.6 RTL and 105’5 Spreeradio, as well as Director Finance / Controlling for the power electronics unit at AREVA Energietechnik GmbH.

Mathias Wolf studied industrial engineering with a concentration in electrical engineering at the Technical University of Berlin and graduated with a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Engineering.
