Technical support for mGuard products is organized according to the channel structures for indirect sales of these products via OEM partners, distributors, certified partners and specialized retailers. With our own support team and through a well-trained network of partners we ensure qualified support for all customer groups.

Support for Innominate Certified Partners, OEMs, and Distributors

For our certified partners, OEM partners, and distributors, Innominate provides direct 2nd and 3rd level support through our support and development departments in addition to technical education and training of qualified support staff at those partners. Respective contact data have been provided to you in the course of your partner agreement and qualification.

Support for Retailers

As an mGuard retailer, please contact the distributor or OEM partner from whom you procure the respective mGuard products with any mGuard-related support requests you may have. This channel partner will utilize additional support from Innominate for your case if necessary.

Support for End Customers and Users

As an end customer or user, please contact your direct source of supply or contractor for mGuard products with any mGuard-related support requests you may have. They will utilize additional support from further sources for your case as necessary. As a rule and without separate agreement, Innominate does not provide direct support to end customers.
